Introducing the next generation of high resolution plasma, the Fujitsu P50XHA10US Plasmavision SlimScreen monitor. With an amazing contrast ratio of 3000: 1 and brightness of 600 cd/m2, the P50XHA10US can be used in a variety of home theater applications, regardless of room brightness. Just 3.9 inches thin and a mere 99.2 pounds, the P50XHA10US removes virtually all installation barriers, making it ideal for custom installations. Fujitsu General's strength lies in the electronics incorporated in each of the plasma display panels produced. In addition to holding hundreds of patents on the glass technology, Fujitsu also has over 300 patents pending for the electronic circuitry used to drive the glass substrate. The exclusive AVM single-chip advanced digital video processor virtually eliminates motion artifacts and flicker, improves vertical resolution and reproduces natural movement with ease. The processor's built-in line doubler converts NTSC signals using different methods of processing for moving and still pictures. The result is smoother images with more natural movement and without visible scan lines. High resolution and DVD signals are enhanced by the processor to achieve the optimum image for the plasma display. Another advantage is the real life images that are produced when using this panel with high resolution sources. Accepting inputs from virtually any video source, the P50XHA10US is the perfect Convergent Visual Medium for numerous home theater applications. The P50XHA10US provides a greater range of picture adjustments, accessible via its improved on-screen menu and supplied remote control. The P50XHA10US features a restyled, lighter chassis for easier cable routing and requires lower power consumption, offering even greater installation flexibility in a wide variety of home theater applications.
