It'll get the job done.
Pros: While it's not as easy and user friendly as other applications, it gives you the ability to easily go in and remove registries by hand manually, (even when you uninstall things, the registry is left behind) so this is great for removing things, and its free.
Cons: It's like that ugly lawnmower in the garage, you have to be careful how you use it, and the controls are more difficult then they should be. but in the end it'll get the job down. a good tool.
Not easy?
There is just one button! How much easier can it get? Is the fact that it toggles between "Scan" and "Fix It" confusing? :)
