"Decent phone, but terrible user life"
Pros: Lot's of features in a compact, lightweight package.
Cons: I've gone through 4 of these before AT&T said no more. The navigation buttons would keep going out. I had to keep a thumbnail grown out to use the keypad! Oh, and accessories were nonexistent.

Cons: Wish Verizon carried this phone here! I miss Verizon! Phone has no cons other than that.

Pros: The phone, in general, is great. Everything, from the design down to the speakerphone. I've had it for two weeks. I ordered it from the AT&T website (in which it was refurbished) and have not came into contact with any problems so far. I the feel to i
Cons: Yes, there are a few, as nothing is perfect. The call-log could give more than ten; however, while that would be nice, I can live with ten. The keypad, while big enough for me to use with ease, may be a problem with a person of larger stature. When the ph
